Stout
X-Band
Cordless
Bandsaw
Cuts Better...
What Your
Fellow
Pros Say About
"The X-Band Cordless Bandsaw "
And Why You'll Love The Way
It Cuts...
"I
don't know what
I ever did without it. "
"I have
to admit, I was quite skeptical of another tool that promised to
revolutionize the way that I have been doing things for over 15 years.
After
having my X-Band saw on the service truck for a month, I don't know
what I ever did without it.
I have cut
rigid conduit, thin wall, PVC, strut, seal tight and many other
materials.
It did
not take me long to realize that I am using this tool as much or more
than the cordless drill motor on a day to day basis.
The only problem I
have now is that my work area becomes the cutting area for the other
workmen on the job, borrowing my X-Band.
Your
tool has also baled me out when I forgot my cable cutters, X-Band cuts
thru 500 copper mcm wire clean with no problem.
It also
allows me to save smaller pieces of conduit since the cutting action is so smooth.
I have
the most fun comparing it with someone who works with the circular type
saws. They soon find that there is no comparison for safety or
productivity.

"It was
a Godsend
for me personally"
"Recently
my employer purchased one of your bandsaws. It was a Godsend for me
personally.
Let me
explain: In 2004 after coming into contact with a 277 volt circuit
again while on a ladder I was blown
off the ladder and shattered both my wrists.
The
repair of my right wrist (punch die fracture) required harvesting bone
off my previously broken right. elbow area and refusing it into my
wrist.
On cold
damp mornings I dread sawing pipe all day
which is required on most commercial electrical jobs.
Your
new saw has taken a lot of agony out of my life. I had thought about
trying to find a new probably less paying line of work until I could
retire because of my problems with previous injuries.
Your
saw is helping me a lot. I am probably going to buy one for myself as
soon as I save up.
Word
has gotten around about your saw and most guys
want to share it out now.
Please
keep up your research on ergonomically helpful tools. It means a lot to
us in the field when something like this comes along.

I've
really gotten spoiled.
I just
wanted to let you folks know that I am extremely satisfied with both my
saws.
I have
to say I've really gotten spoiled. The balance and smoothness of
operation really saves a lot of wear and tear on the body.
It is truly a one handed tool.
And, for being so compact, it’s got a lot of power, and takes
a good beating. That’s a real plus around here.

"Just
wanted to thank you guys for making
my life easier."
I set
up my gang box and vice in a mechanical space and install my 4"
& 6" galvanized pneumatic tubing on the different floors of
hospitals.
It used
to take me 20-30 minutes to take the stairs
or elevator to the vice, to cut 3/8" rods for my hangers.
Now I
keep the Stout X-Band on my cart and cut my Allthread on location.
The
X-Band paid for itself
in no time, not to mention the wear and tear on me! Thanks! What's
next?

"We are
budgeting for additional
X-Band's in the
next business quarter"
"After
using the X-Band Saw in our installation department I am please to
report excellent performance.
Our
fabrication supervisor was so impressed with the saws performance he is
planning to add a unit to his personal tool inventory.
All in
all I am pleased to say the X-Band is of benefit to our service and
fabrication divisions.
We are
budgeting for an additional X-Band in the next business quarter.
Thank
you for providing a quality tool. We shall look forward to other Stout
Tool developments."

"It is
now a permanent resident
in our field job box."
"Scott,
just a short message to let you know how well your X-Band works. We
used it extensively at Seatac airport during the remodeling of the new
concourse. The ability to cut conduit and pipe
without having to drag extension cords more than paid for the saw in
reduced labor cost. It is now a permanent
resident in our field job box."

"I wish
it would have been around from the beginning of my career."
"I have
been a Union Carpenter for 38 years.
I have
been using the X-Band saw to cut drawer guides, shelving brackets, rod
iron spindles, and copper and pvc when the pipe stubs are interfering
with setting cabinets.
The saw
has simplified my tasks and increased my
productivity. I wish it would have been
around from the beginning of my career.
I
highly recommend the X-Band for many other trades and would be pleased
to see any tradesman enjoy the time saving benefits I have experienced
using the new cordless band saw.
If I
can become involved in your sales plans please let me know who I can
talk with.

It is
convenient, lightweight, and will cut anything we have put in front of
it!
I
wanted to take a moment to tell you how pleased we are with our saw
which we purchased from you several months ago.
We have
used the saw on numerous car wash installations and have been very
happy with its performance and reliability.
It is
convenient, lightweight, and will cut anything we have put in front of
it!
As I
explained to you when we discussed purchasing, we cut a variety of
materials during an installation from copper 2” pipe to 2
1/2” Unistrut, aluminum and steel channel and angle iron.
We have
noticed a significant
decrease in time designated for cutting
material, which obviously helps our labor expense on the job.
One
other area we are happy
about is the safety and convenience of the saw, as
we have used it in place of our old chop saw, which was bulky and heavy
to move.
Thanks
for your persistence in developing a very helpful tool. By the way,
please send me (6) replacement blades for stock.

The
X-Band is an integral part of finding More profit
in today’s construction market.
If the
apprentices are sent to install some forgotten conduit or any job that
would require cutting or if I have my back turned, the saw disappears
for remainder of the day.
We have
some very young apprentices on site, the youngest just turned nineteen,
I've asked him daily,
“What
makes you always seek out the X-Band”? The answer is always
the same, it weigh the same or less than cordless reciprocating saws,
the cut is more accurate, and smoother, requiring less reaming and all
around less work."
In
my opinion, he is 100% correct. Even a young
tradesman wants to make his day as easy as possible and to do that it
includes the X-Band.
With
today’s thin profit margins, reverse auctions for jobs, and
rising material costs, companies need to find profit in other areas.
The X-Band is an integral part of finding profit in today’s
construction market.
Increased
employee production and man hours lost to repetitive motion injuries
are the two areas where the X-Band is already proving itself.
Every electrician, plumber, HVAC
tech, and steam fitter, needs to have a X-Band, or needs to leave the
job to someone who does. Battery life is
astounding.
Two
electricians installing between six and eight hundred feet of conduit
can work all day on one battery.
The saw
has already bounced off the floor from six feet and showed no signs of
damage. The saw will pay for itself in less the one month
in overall labor savings. This tool will revolutionize the industry.

I gotta
tell ya
- I probably have 15 saws
I am 76
years-old and have been in the electrical business for 41 years.
I gotta
tell ya -- I probably have 15 saws -- Dewalt, Milwaukee, and a whole
host of others. Well, I was so happy when I got my X-Band.
Did you
you know when you use the Stout X-Band with threaded rod it
comes out so clean you can put a nut right on it? With other
saws, they leave the end rough with burrs on it. The X-Band cuts clean
every time.
I've
really enjoyed using the X-Band and I'd like to say I'm never too old
to learn something new.
You all are a blessing to me and my
business. My boys said the batteries seem to last longer
than other battery tools I own. I appreciate people like you helping
me. Thank you and God Bless.
